- We attend, glue information, and advice clients about our programs and activities, and, in the same way, about procedures and steps to get permissions, environmental licenses and services that CORNARE confer
- We answer clients' questions as efficiently and precisely as it is possible.
- We receive complaints about natural resources damage and environmental impact.
- We attend complaints about the CORNARE's performance.
- We inform clients about payments they must pay for using hydraulic resources.
- We make the necessary visits to fields, to check the condition the clients' problems and questions.
- We make periodically an evaluation about our performance in reception of client's compliments, protests, and suggestions, in order to improve the Corporation's services.
Counseling and Training
- The Corporation advises community, municipalities and Institutions about:
- Technical assistance in disaster prevention and management, to organizations, institutions and territorial entities of the area.
- Design and building of Residual Water Treatment Systems, besides of its handling, cleaning and management, to Institutions and municipal offices workers.
- Constructions and engineer works, to community's groups.
- Management and interpretation of Remote Sensor Images.
- Design and implantation of Changes Monitoring Systems of land-use and covering, in the jurisdiction.
- Environmental national System.
- Water Analysis Services Center's Activities.
- Use and management of hydraulic resources.
- The Corporation's legal issues.
- Formulation of environmental projects.
- Formulation of non-formal environmental education plans.
- Creation the Municipal Projects Bank.
- Procedures and methodologies, which UDECO require from municipalities, for towns can get the Co-financing funds and the Solidarity net's money, and then they can use it in environmental projects and social inversion.
